Hope you are all well!
We have finally managed to secure the Rooihuiskraal Terrien for our Scub a dub dub Choc Packing Morning!
We are very excited about this as this is a beautiful venue!
For those that are interested in coming through to help pack , here are the details:
Herewith are the details of the morning:
Venue: Rooihuiskraal Terrien - PIET LAPA
Time: 09h00 - 12h00
Date: 16th May 2009
On Arrival at the gate, please mention to them that you are here for the CHOC event happening at the PIET LAPA and they will let you in for free, Please do not pay the entrance fee of R16.00 per person.There are open grounds and an animal farm so please feel free to bring your children.
We will be supplying the tea and coffee and some muffins to fill those hard working tummy's but if you would like to bring something for yourself or family please feel free!
On another note, please can you kindly email me if you have access to any box's to pack the finish bags into! I don't think we will need much more than 10. cogan@mweb.co.za
We really look forward to seeing you all on the 16th and to celebrate every single Child's Life!
