A "MUSICAL" TRIBUTE IN HONOUR OF OUR MIRACLE

As a mother, mother-in-law and grandmother, I take the liberty of posting a short dedication to a very special and courageous family - Mark, Samm and Deqlan. Our precious Deqlan was exactly 14 months old today and over the weekend, I had the privilege of caring for him from Saturday to Sunday afternoon. It has been a weekend of celebration of Deqlan's miracle healing in as many ways and on as many levels, using any opportunity we found to share our joy. What a blessing he is in my life and the laughs and treasured moments between us are carved into my "book of memories". At this stage of the "Journey of Faith", it is my intention to publish another tribute update in the very near future, but in the meantime, I just could not contain myself with the miraculous news of Deqlans TOTAL healing, that I would like to ask you to join me in song.

Whether you are 9 or 90 years old, you will know the tune to "You'll Never Walk Alone" - the oldies will recall the hit made by Gerry and the Pacemakers and the youngsters will recognize this song as the theme song of the Liverpool Football Club.

As you read the words, please put the tune of "You'll Never Walk Alone" to them. As you will hear me sing, so shall I hear you. The dedication to Samm, Mark and Deqlan is:

"As you've walked through your "storm"
You've kept your head held high
And were never afraid of the "dark"

At the end of this "storm"
YOU FOUND YOUR MIRACLE
IN THE HEALING OF YOUR DEQLAN ROSS

Your faith and your trust
Gave you hope, gave you strength
The Lord was ever at your side

Give praise, give praise,
For the rest of your days
To God be all the glory

Pray on, pray on,
That we remain FOREVER blessed"

(In good faith, have taken "poetic licence" on the Original Lyrics, recorded by Gerry & the Pacemakers, in the expression of this tribute to an extraordinary family)

I would also like to use this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for your unfailing support, sincere prayers and great love shown to Samm, Mark and Deqlan and our whole family during our time of challenge. You will never know how every little SMS, call, email or blog message help all of us through some tough and faith-challenging moments. May God bless you and yours so very abundantly and may you always feel His love enfolding and embracing you for the rest of your days.

We sing with you "Nanna" and salute you for your courageous, unfailing support of your precious family.
It is clear to see that you have been their shelter and their strength at times when they needed it most and we know that comes from your tremendous faith.

God Bless you and keep you always in His care.

Blessings, Karen xx
