It is with such a sad heart that we were told yesterday about the passing of a wonderful man, Uncle Hank.

Uncle Hank was married to Marks Granny for 18 years and they shared many, many years of happiness, adventures, love and joy and above all their love and wonderful faith for Our Lord.

Uncle Hank and Granny where very very important people in Deqlans prayer army - i had many wonderful, inspiring, motivating conversations with this wonderful man - even before our precious Deqlan had arrived into this world. Uncle Hank was also smitten with Logan and only wanted the absolute best for her.

We had many conversations about God's will and what an amazing force He is in our lives.

When Deqlan got sick, Uncle Hank and Granny where one of the first to join our regiment - their continous phone calls, emails , text messages and above all prayers for Deqlan.

Uncle Hank and Granny where also amazing when Keaton arrived 1 month earlier - their prayers and support and love brought them so close to Meggie and Keaton to.

Something i shall treasure always is a gift that Uncle Hank posted down to me - a little bible that he had for 30 years - i carry it with me every single day, through Deqlans treatments and surgery days, i used to open this little bible on a page to see what message was meant for us that specific day. I shall treasure this always and will pass it down to Deqlan and explain what a special gift this is and what a special an amazing person it came from.

We will miss you Uncle Hank, you will always be in our hearts and souls and we know you are looking after all of us from up above

Gran, we are sending you all our love, deepest sympathies, hugs, and above all prayers for Our Lord to send you His healing, His comfort, His Guidance, His love.

God Bless, all our love
Mark, Samm, Deqlan , Logan , Derek, Bev, Conrad, Megs and Keaton

So Sorry to hear about your loss. It sounds like he was a wonderful man, which means he's probably right next to God now. Will be praying for your family.

Lots of love
